UPEI is driving people crazy!

Everywhere is closed! Road machines are working everywhere! What are they doing? I am sure they don't know because they are Engineers! :D Just God knows what's going on here! Something like reformation but stupid version of it. They are working too slow that you can't imagine. Maybe it's becuase of thay get paid hourly! Again God knows!!!
