No where to study at all!

I really don't know what is wrong with our University. They closed everywhere and there was no where to study. After talking to security department, they just give us permission to use Kelly Building Computer Lab to study. There were several problems overthere:
First of all, there is a problem in air conditioning; it means that outside's weather was warmer than inside! Second of all, they didn't give us permission to use washroom!!! It was really funny. How should some people study from morning till evening without going to washroom?!
